Flight Cancellation for the Month of January

 
We have reached a high number of COVID-19 cases in Metro Manila, which has regrettably affected our daily flight operations. Even in the strictest safety protocols that our airline has been implementing in our flights, at airport and offices, the risk of exposure and quarantine period/requirements are causing a strain in our personnel.
 
The following flights will be cancelled until January 31, 2022:

Expect delays or changes as well in our flight in El Nido. We apologize for any changes on your flight but we hope you understand that the health and safety of everyone is our priority.

In view of this, please consider the following options below.

  1. Free Rebooking within one year ticket validity. Penalties waived.
  2. Secure your ticket in a travel fund redeemable for future travel, within 2 years validity.
  3. Refund the full cost of the ticket except Travel Insurance (if applicable). Please be advised of the refund processing time which is approximately within 60-90 working days upon confirmation. Processing time may also depend on the acquiring bank.
