AirSWIFT Advisory #52 [As of January 15, 2022, 3pm]
In Compliance with Department Order 2022-001 issued by Department of Transportation dated January 13, 2022.
Starting January 17, 2022, AirSWIFT flights will only accept fully vaccinated passengers with the following exceptions:
A. Passengers including minors with medical conditions that prevent full COVID-19 vaccination holding a duly signed medical certificate with name and contact details of the physician.
B. Passengers who will procure essential goods and services, such as but not limited to food, water, medicine, medical devices, public utilities, energy, work and medical and dental necessities holding a duly issued Barangay Health Pass or other appropriate proof to support and justify such travel.
Please note, passengers are considered fully vaccinated if confirmed travel is at least 14 days after their second dose in a two-dose vaccine or 14 days after single-dose vaccine. Local Government Issued Vaccination Card or VaxCert issued by DOH and one government issued valid identification card should be presented upon check in.
Children 11 years old and below are allowed to travel even if unvaccinated provided they are accompanied by fully vaccinated adults. Children who are accompanied by qualified exempted passengers must secure medical certificate and negative antigen result taken 48 hours before flight departure.
Qualified exempted passengers who have flight from El Nido to Manila are required to present negative antigen result taken 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
For affected booked passengers until January 31, 2022 who cannot travel due to the restrictions of the Department Order, kindly see your options below:
1.Free rebooking within one year ticket validity. Penalties waived.
2.Secure your ticket in a travel fund redeemable for future travel, with 2 years validity.
