YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY!
Under the new normal, AirSWIFT is adopting procedures that adhere to the highest safety standards. This is to assure you that your health and well-being comes first. Here is what to expect on your next flight:
PRE-DEPARTURE
Health Screening
Temperature scanning & observance of COVID-19 symptoms. Passengers that do not pass the health screening will be referred to a health professional for clearance before being allowed to check-in.
Comprehensive Health & Contact Declaration
Signed declaration of travel history, possible exposure to COVID-19, and contact tracing information for each passenger. Passengers deemed high risk may be referred to a health professional for clearance before being allowed to check-in.
Provision of Health Kit
A disposable surgical mask, face shield and bottle of 70% alcohol will be issued to every passenger. Wearing of the surgical mask and face shield shall be mandatory from check-in to arrival at destination.
Low-Touch Interaction
Installation of clear barriers at our check-in counters.
Social Distancing
Social distancing measures at the check-in, pre-departure area, shuttle bus transfers and aircraft boarding process will be strictly implemented.
Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizing stations will be made available at high traffic areas in the airport.
CABIN SAFETY
Rapid Testing
Pilots and cabin crew shall be subjected to daily Rapid Antibody Testing. Ground personnel and airport staff shall also be tested regularly.
PPE for Cabin Crew
Cabin crew uniforms shall be upgraded to PPE standards (protective suit, surgical mask, face shield, disposable gloves).
PPE for Passengers
Wearing of surgical masks and face shields shall be mandatory throughout the flight.
Additional Seat Protection
Each seat in the aircraft cabin will have a 3-sided clear protective “pod” that will minimize the possibility of droplet transmission from passengers seated beside or behind you (subject to CAAP approval).
Use of Overhead Bin
Passengers may only use the overhead bin directly above them. Strict monitoring on size of carry-on bags will be observed.
Inflight Services
Discontinuance of offering blankets & bottled water during the flight. Cabin assistance offered to passengers (e.g. helping to put bags in the overhead bins) will also be limited where possible to minimize physical interaction and touch points between our cabin crew and our passengers.
Sanitation & Disinfection
High-touch surfaces inside the cabin will be cleaned before each flight using hospital grade & aviation industry recommended disinfectants. Thorough “deep cleaning” of the entire cabin will be performed every 24 hours.
Fresh Cabin Air
Our aircraft’s pressurization and air-conditioning system will provide a steady supply of fresh air while continuously venting stale air and any airborne viruses out of the cabin.
Safety Briefing
COVID-19 specific briefing will be added to the inflight safety demonstration.
