TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
EL NIDO TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
For Local Tourists
Register online at http://elnidotourism.ph and submit the following documents to receive a unique QR Coded Tourist ID (QT-ID)
1. Negative result of RT-PCR Swab or Saliva test from Red Cross taken 72 hrs prior to time of arrival.
2. Confirmed hotel booking covering all dates of your flight itinerary with Certificate of Authority to Operate in El Nido.
3. Valid Identification Card (ID).
4. Roundtrip flight ticket.
For APOR (Workers/Business) and LSIs bound for El Nido:
1. Negative result of RT-PCR Swab or Saliva test taken 72 hrs prior to time of arrival.
2. Flight Ticket
3. Valid government ID or company ID with picture
4. Case Investigation Form
Please be reminded that all documents must be printed and for submission to the El Nido MHO Contact Tracers upon arrival at Lio Airport. For APORs (Government employees, military, police, etc.)
1. Valid ID from Government Agency with picture
2. Travel Order / Mission Order from Government Agency
3. Travel Itinerary
4. Case Investigation Form

BORACAY TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Fill out an online Health Declaration form at www.touristboracay.com and take a screenshot of the confirmation.
Submit the following requirements along with the health declaration confirmation notice at touristboracay@gmail.com:
1.Negative test result of RT-PCR conducted 72 hours prior to time of arrival.
2.Booking confirmation from DOT-Accredited Hotel
3.Roundtrip flight ticket.
4.Valid ID
Wait for an email approval within 12hours after submission. If approved, a copy of Health Declaration Card with Tourist QR code will be provided.
CORON TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Register online and fill out an online Health Declaration form at https://travel.corontourism.ph/register.
Prepare the following documents as this will be asked upon registration:
1.Negative test result of RT-PCR taken 48 to 72 hours prior to time of departure.
2.Booking confirmation from DOT-Accredited Hotel
3.Tours/travel itinerary booked with DOT-accredited travel operators only
4.Roundtrip flight ticket.
All tourist must secure a digital and hard copy of the requirements for review upon arrival in Coron.
SIARGAO TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
1.Negative test result of RT-PCR taken 48 hours prior to time of arrival.
2.Booking confirmation from DOT-Accredited Hotel with at least 5 days minimum stay.
3.E-Health pass from covid19.ssct.edu.ph/healthform
4.Roundtrip flight ticket.
