AirSWIFT Transport Inc., with all its other sub-agents, encourage the public to take precautionary actions on double checking their bookings or purchasing ancillary services on online travel agents (OTA) such as Kiwi.
As of now, AirSWIFT has no engagement with any OTAs, thus, bookings and availment of ancillary made under those channels are not authorized by the airline and flight details might not be reflected under AirSWIFT booking system.
Furthermore, all necessary contact details provided to the OTAs upon booking is not synced with the airline’s system, hence passengers booked under these platforms will not receive any flight updates such as cancellations or delays if in case there are any.
In case of refund, rebooking and voluntary cancellations, AirSWIFT has no liability to the passengers and we advise to coordinate directly to your designated OTAs were bookings have been made.
