Affected passengers may avail the following options:
1. Rebook your flight date after May 15, 2020 within 1 year ticket validity. Penalties waived.
2. Have your tickets placed in a Travel Fund which you may use for future travel with 1 year validity.
3. Refund the full cost of the ticket; except Travel Insurance, if applicable.
